Lilian Rose Photos is owner and reserves copyright to all images captured. Pictures taken by Lilian Rose Photos may not be copied, edited, reproduced or used in any form without proper copyright release from Lilian Rose Photos.
As copyright owner of all images, Lilian Rose Photos retains the right to use photos from sessions as samples and for marketing, commercial, or competitive purposes (notification can be given as a courtesy if we intend to use your photo).
SESSIONS
Packages Include consulting, basic editing (light adjustment, color fixes, removal of simple acne, teeth whitening, eyes brightening but does not include changing body size, clothing, or removing or person and other edits that requires extensive time), and proofing session.
A custom Phone App with watermarked digital images for sharing on social media (not suitable resolution for printing). These will be images of digitals, prints or other products that were purchased and will be made available after proofing and ordering session.
Sessions begin when photographer is set up and ready to begin shooting within pre-scheduled time and ends promptly according to schedule. Extra time can be added at photographer's discretion in order to get the best image possible. Sessions are relaxed and un-rushed so plan for extra time during your session... especially for babies and children.
After the Session: Within 2 -3 weeks of your session date, you will be contacted with details of how to select your images. Payment for your portrait or print order is due in full when placing the order. All products will be made available approximately 4 weeks after full payment is received. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Lilian Rose Photos guarantees that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards we can provide.

All payment is due on the day of the photo session and can be made by cash or check. A deposit is required to reserve your date.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the event that Lilian Rose Photos is unable to provide service that has been paid for due to unexpected circumstances (illness, death, fire, natural disasters, unforeseen events, etc.), all payments shall be returned to the client and shall have no further liability.
This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer. Photographer is not liable for any harm that results during any photoshoot or photography except to the extent required by law. In no event shall photographer be liable for any emotional harm to the Client(s) or any other party resulting from Photographer’s services or lack thereof. Reshoots are not permitted because client dislikes wardrobe, or make-up. Any additional editing request (not limited to cosmetic touch-ups such as removing blemishes, whitening teeth, contouring body, etc) will incur an additional fee of $45/hour or image.
Inability to Perform: In the event of Photographer's foreseeable illness, conflict or inability to perform, the photographer will assign and delegate performance and obligations of the agreement to another professional photographer.
CANCELLATIONS
Lilian Rose Photos requires a five business day notice for cancellations of appointments. However, we also value our clients' time and are open to rescheduling (at the discretion of the photographer and as dates are available) if emergencies occur. Complete cancellations without rescheduling or no-shows without prior notification will result in forfeit of your booking fee.
There will not be reshoots because you dislike your hair, make-up, or clothing choice from your session. I do make an effort to consult with you and can provide suggestions for wardrobe prior to a shoot.
Lilian Rose Photos reserves the right to end any session at any time due to uncooperative participants.
By booking a session with Lilian Rose photos, you are agreeing to the conditions of our policy and giving Lilian Rose Copyright to images captured from your session.
